"Is this how it happened in the comics?" No. This was a recently written comic, after the first movies have already been released, and not a very good one. Wolverine was better without an origin story. This ... this was plot hole the comic.

Comic book knowledge of Charles' twin fills that plot-hole unless you assume Xavier is projecting Stewart's face into everyone's minds for the sake of familiarity. Logan's pants weren't immolated in the nuclear fire for the same reason Yashida's uniform wasn't destroyed. The lower half of Logan's body was beneath the shaft on Yashida's level and "safe" from the firestorm. Realistic? No. Plausible? Yes. Besides, he'd have to be naked in all subsequent flashback scenes which would have been distracting. Yashida was extracting bone marrow from the openings in the severed claws.

If you look closely you will notice that Moria's hair is a bit streaky. Hair and fur gets a bit complicated as there are more than one pair of genes that control 'attributes'.

The thing nobody talks about is that Logan can feel everything, he doesn't have an ability to turn off the pain, even with his healing factor his claws coming out and even being out hurts him but he's just been able to push that pain aside and keep going

By your description, both of my copies of the OCA2 gene are broken or non-functional, resulting in my blue eyes. Mutant does not mean non-functional, at least not always. In the scene in the movie, it would have made more sense if her hair were blonde or red though.

This is one of those movies that I gotta watch a few times before I really understand what’s going on? It’s one of those movies that’s easy to get lost if you don’t know your history very well. Anyway, good reaction again. I’m like you, if I see someone that looks familiar I get excited and I gotta know what other movie they’re in, or I go crazy. But I didn’t notice there were so many that played in the dark knight.
